Vencore Benefits Overview

Getting Prepared to Complete the Employment Eligibility Form

Should you accept our offer of employment, you will be required to provide appropriate documentation providing your identity and work authorization on your first day of employment. This form outlines how to prepare for that first day and what forms of identification are acceptable.

New Hire Data Form

Please complete this form and return, upon acceptance, with your offer documents. This information is necessary to set you up in the HR Information System.

Export Control Law and NISPOM Disclosure Form

We are committed to complying with United States export control laws and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), which in some cases prohibit or restrict disclosure of technology to foreign nations, nationals or persons without first obtaining a license. This form will be used solely for the purpose of permitting us to comply with United States export control laws and NISPOM requirements.

What are the next steps?

Should you accept our offer, please fill out and sign the offer letter, New Hire Data form, and the Export Control Law & NISPOM Disclosure Form and scan/email them back to your recruiter. We kindly anticipate your response within two business days. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email outlining the background check, drug screen and security process.
