We thank Patrick for the contributions he’s made to our industry, and congratulate him on this well-deserved award.”
Over the last several years, Biltgen has been dedicated to advancing Intelligence Community (IC) mission-enhancing software solutions, defining future concepts and roadmaps for analytics supporting multiple agencies, architecting groundbreaking research and development solutions and recruiting new talent to enter the IC workforce. Additionally, Biltgen is the co-author of the textbook “Activity-Based Intelligence: Principals and Applications.”
