An Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, as defined in section 16.501(a) of the FAR, provides for the procurement of an indeterminate quantity of services with an unspecified delivery date. An ID/IQ contract is used when the government cannot predetermine the precise quantities of supplies or services required during the specified contract period. EAGLE II: Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II
EAGLE II is a large scale, multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract that serves as the department-wide platform for acquiring IT services with a five-year base period of performance and a two-year option period. EAGLE II will serve as DHS’s next generation IT support services contract vehicle. Under the contract, Vencore will compete to provide system design, development, implementation and integration; software design and development; and operations and maintenance support. As a trusted partner, Vencore has been delivering DHS IT services and solutions that help DHS prevent terrorism, secure the nation’s borders, safeguard cyberspace and ensure the nation’s resiliency for over three decades.

ENCORE II provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as to other federal agencies having similar Information Technology (IT) migration and integration needs. ENCORE II provides a wide variety of IT solutions associated with net-centric operations including network engineering; analysis and support for the installation, fielding, training, operations and lifecycle management of components and systems; and custom application development.
Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4)
The Department of Justice’s ITSS-4 contract provides for procurement of a broad range of IT-related services by the Department of Justice, its components, and other federal agencies. ITSS-4 provides for a full range of information technology support services, spanning the entire Systems Development Life Cycle.
Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2)
U.S. Air Force Network-Centric Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides application services and operational support to the U.S. Air Force along with potential applications with other branches of the military, Department of Defense, and other Federal agencies. The contract vehicle provides the Air Force with a primary source of net-centric and information technology products, services and solutions. Under the NETCENTS-2 contract vehicle, Vencore will compete for task orders for application services contracts during the program’s initial three-year term and four optional one-year extensions. NETCENTS-2 will provide application services such as sustainment, migration, integration, training, help desk support, testing and operational support for the U.S. Air Force and other potential customers.
NOAA ProTech Services – Satellite Domain
NOAA ProTech Satellite is a multiple award, Indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will enable the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) to acquire technical and scientific support of the acquisition, deployment, and ground system development/monitoring of satellites essential for forecasting the weather, analyzing environmental and climate phenomena, and monitoring hazards worldwide. PEO STRICOM Omnibus Contract II (STOCII)
The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) STOC II will provide PEO STRI with the ability to procure a broad range of modeling and simulation and instrumentation solutions in support of customer training and testing requirements. These solutions include procurement and/or services to support training and testing simulators, simulations, systems/devices, instrumentation systems, telecommunications systems, experimentation, targets, gaming, advanced simulation concepts, open architecture, and common part and component solutions. All efforts described in the statement of work are applicable to all U.S. Government entities (federal, state and local), selected non-government entities and approved foreign entities. In support of Section 803 of Public Law 108-136, concerning homeland defense projects, equipment and/or services described within the statement of work may be procured in support of both federal, non-federal government, and state or local authorities to procure anti-terrorism services, systems, subsystems and items, provided that a federal account is used to fund the effort.
