Vencore employs formal earned value management (EVM) practices with the appropriate surveillance plans to ensure adherence to ANSI/EIA-748-A (2002) guidelines. The use of EVM and risk management further ensures that cost, schedule and performance objectives are managed, controlled and reported efficiently and effectively.
